I did try using the HEVC setting once as well, which also looked nice but the resulting file had no video (just audio) when I imported it into Davinci Resolve. That way my file sizes are small as possible, but not to the point where the quality of the resulting YouTube video is lower than it could be. So I'm wondering if there is a certain sweet spot with the CQP where it is slightly better than what YouTube does to it. I am guessing the CQP of 15 is far higher quality than what I need considering I'm uploading 1080p to YouTube, which then compresses the hell out of it anyway.
